We provide both professional Face to Face or Telephone Counselling for your employees on an 'as needed' basis. Brief focused counselling can prove to be an extremely effective intervention in helping your people get back on track and or back to work.

    What makes Primary Counselling different to national EAP providers?

    Much of the costs associated with the national schemes include payment for a package of services including mediation, consultancy and life coaching. Their fees are usually calculated on the total number of employees whether or not they actually use the different services.

    Primary Counselling differs in this respect. We provide UK organisations with the core service; professional confidential counselling. This means we are able to cut out many of the high costs often associated with national schemes, making the arrangement more suitable for smaller organisations.

    We have a simply fixed charge per session. Unlike other providers we do not ask you to enter into an annual contract, which means you only pay for what you use.

    The result is a flexible professional counselling service which meets the needs of local and UK wide organisations.


    Specific Requirements

    These can vary according to your changing needs. For example, you may wish to offer an employee longer-term counselling in certain situations. Or you may wish to part-subsidise the fees. We work with you to design a bespoke Employee Support Programme to accomodate your specific requirements.

    This is very straightforward. Simply let us know that you are interested in accessing the Employee Counselling Service. This may be for an immediate need or a potential future need. There are NO set up costs.
